What makes us distinct

Various organizations have engaged CTN Uganda in sponsorship programs and very poor children have attained education. However CTN seeks to realise practical educated citizens who have the capacity of being job creators more than merely being job seekers. It should also be noted that the biggest problem of Uganda is not just poverty and low levels of education but as well as unemployment after school. Therefore CTN seeks to infuse hard work values in the beneficiaries so that the education support does not only focus on academics but also inculcate vocational and leadership skills among beneficiaries during the holidays. The organization adopts a psycho-social, practical, realistic and measurable approach. Through its child sponsorship project, CTN closely works and engages local community leaders in order to identify potential beneficiaries so that the main objective of raising leaders at the grass roots level is realised.
