Joyce Kitiibwa

CTN enrolled Joyce for support when she was 7 years of age, she was given two pigs as startup capital in 2008. The pigs have since done wonders in improving her welfare and that of her siblings. The family keeps selling the piglets to get money for paying her school fees and also meeting her basic needs.

He mother has also been able to diversify and rear chicken and goats as an additional family income activity.

He single mother finds it difficult to keep supporting Joyce and the rest of her three siblings in school since the piggery project is getting constrained as demands keep growing.  Joyce’s mother is therefore appealing to CTN to find a sponsor for Joyce to enable her proceeded with her studies.

Joyce is now 15 years and currently in Primary Six, her best subject is science, she hopes to pass and go to the Secondary School to pursue her dream of becoming a Medical Doctor. She is hard working and well disciplined, we therefore have no doubt that when supported in school she can realize her dream  and change her community.

You can help in making it possible for Joyce to become a Medical Doctor by donating 45$ per month to pay his primary school fees, meals at school, scholastic materials, health care needs and other related costs.
